Apricot Jam
L'albero di albicocche quest'anno ne ha donate proprio tante, sono contenta perchè adoro la marmellata fatta in casa specialmente la mia...il mio secondo nome è Modestia :-P... uso solo zucchero Demerara che è leggermente aromatico e in quantità ridotte in più mi piace aggiungere un pizzico di cannella per quel certo non so che... e sono proprio deliziose ma i barattoli sono sempre stati spartani e...anonimi..
Quest'anno ho voluto personalizzarle con originali etichette e ritagli di stoffa per ricoprirne i coperchi.
..si può ancora migliorare, vero?
